Fees, Insurance & Policies for Vickie George Counseling

Fee. The fee is $140 per 50 minute individual, marital or family counseling session. Vickie George Counseling does not offer a sliding fee scale.

Insurance. Vickie’s services are generally covered as an out-of-network provider on many PPO insurance plans. You may be able to obtain reimbursement from your insurance company for counseling services. However, HMO and POS plans do not cover counseling with a therapist who is not part of their plan of providers, and Vickie is not a participating provider for any of these plans.

Payment Policy. Full payment is due at the end of each counseling session by check or cash. Vickie works with many of her clients on debt reduction therefore she does not take credit or debit cards.

Cancellation Policy. Please cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. The regular fee ($140) will be charged for the time reserved when cancellations are received less than 48 hours in advance.

Hours of Availability. Sessions are scheduled on the hour and usually last about 50 minutes. Vickie has a variety of available times to fit your schedule.

Monday 10 a.m. - 7 p.m., Tuesday & Thursday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Friday (student group supervision only)
